By connecting different devices — gadgets, household appliances, sensors — through the use of their internal or cloud computing power, software and the ability to exchange information, we control the operation of these devices as a single mechanism. This simplifies routine processes, and also makes it more comfortable for customers to relax, e.g. when they listen to music or watch movies. Our team explores the possibilities of new technologies to expand the functionality of devices and improve their quality, develops solutions for new devices at all stages — from the first design sketches to working prototypes. Our mission is to provide an informed choice of solutions and technologies that will make the company's products innovative, competitive and most useful for users.

In the Portable Devices category of the CES 2022 Award

The research and methodology team is engaged in solving a wide range of problems with a large initial uncertainty: information search and product analytics, search for optimal conceptual solutions for new devices and individual technologies (using TIPS methods), exploring the limits of possible improvement in the quality and performance of solutions with already used and new technologies in order to understand the technical limits of development of our devices and their correct positioning.

Research and methodological support of the development process

In this domain, we develop hardware for new products and implement research tools (if they are related to new hardware solutions). The area of responsibility of this part of the team is also the work on creating automation tools for testing and development (remote access stands), as well as the development of firmware (device firmware and low-level software) and system software (drivers, downloaders, etc.).

The most widely presented block of our team includes competencies for developing the architecture of hardware and software solutions, Frontend and Backend development as well as ML elements. Moreover, the existing competences allow the team to develop software for operating systems of mobile devices (Android and iOS).

The industrial design team supports the process of developing new devices in tasks related to the design, appearance and ergonomics of such devices. Our team performs 3D modeling, produces prototypes of devices using SLA and FDM printing, conducts UX tests and studies the functionality of design options.
